Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American actor and singer. She's known for both her stage work in addition to her character Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol was born in Holland and has been based there ever from the time she was born. She is a Dutch American performer, actor and singer who has a Dutch accent. The most well-known part of her career is as a recurring character on That's So Raven. The show featured her in 14 projects, which included TV series and short videos. Her most notable credits include Shalom Sesame Divorce. She has appeared in more than 15 TV shows. It's a Musical and That's so Raven. Her appearance was also in various theatre plays. In addition, she was a part of the film vampire spoof Vampires Suck directed by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer. van der Pol landed a prominent role on Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven in the role of ditzy Chelsea Daniels. Raven-Symone, Orlando Brown, along with Kyle Massey also appeared. Chelsea Daniels is one of Van der Pol's best-known and most well-known characters to adolescents, adults and kids. It was her acting skills that won her critical praise for portraying a ditzy and extroverted character, which initially seemed impossible to some due to the seriousness of her previous role. Her role was as Heather on Kim Possible in 2006. This was one of her first role as a voice actor. Van der Pol appeared as Ronnie on The Disney Channel Original Series Shake It Up in 2011. Van der Pol has recorded a number of tracks for Walt Disney Records, including a song that she wrote along with Raven-Symone Orlando Brown for That's So the soundtrack of Raven. Over It was recorded for the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck in The Suburbs. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars on the pop/R&B version of The Lion King's Circle of Life (from The Lion King) and Cinderella The Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart makes ("A Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart Created") for special releases of both films. The year 2006 saw her covered the Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) in an edition of Disneymania. She also recorded a number of tracks from the show as well as A Change in Me.
